You will be responsible for establishing systems, policy and processes and provide the ongoing evolution of HR practices, ensuring retention is high on the agenda and that employees remain engaged and are supported as they deliver the business needs. For this reason, it is essential for the HR Director to have ‘hands on’ experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of either formulating a HR department from scratch or developing a newly formed department into well managed and well organised centre of HR excellence. Person Specification: A proven track record in Generalist HR roles, experience working with businesses in the MENA Region is ideal. Expert knowledge of HR best practice. A strategic thinker who is also able, willing and motivated to be “hands on” and work at the operational level.
