Green Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for several experienced procurement professionals for key positions at Associate Director level. Our client is a global leader in Consultancy and professional services. This is a fantastic time to come on board in principal position on major programmes; contributing towards future victories through creating new and existing client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of Procurement practice, a lead role in delivering professional strategic advice, procurement and agreement management offerings
  • Expertly developing stakeholder relationships at the same time as guiding and managing the team to deliver key goals
  • Offer extensive procurement advisory services to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as Commission Supervisor on selected client accounts
  • Coping with and developing junior personnel to construct a resilient and powerful team
  • Managing client care regularly and project evaluations to mitigate danger and increase future business possibilities
  • Financial management to include forecasting, income management and credit control on future and current commissions
  • Actively contribute to team conferences and management boards to drive great practice

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified in RICS, LLB, MCIPS or similar
  • Considerable contract experience and strategic procurement within a wide range of sectors
  • Strong technical and management experience
  • Experienced in business development and commercial acumen
  • Well experienced in handling multiple stakeholders and present customer relationships
  • Comprehensive experience and exposure within a range of construction or infrastructure related sectors
  • Capable of leading projects in very own right, however, while important to work as a part of a senior delivery team
  • Experience of building efficient procurement, commercial and contracting strategies, with particular focus on effectively balancing risk
  • Well experienced in structuring organised procurement, industrial and contracting techniques, with unique awareness on effectively balancing risk
  • Experienced in developing supply chain approach through integration, performance and relationship management at business and project tiers
  • Knowledgeable with Contract management i.e. NEC, FIDIC, RIAI & GCC
  • Strong and logical analytical skills,
  • Must be adaptable and agile
  • Solid administration experience
  • Highly skilled in driving new and existing business development opportunities
  • Capable of leading project and managing team in delivering major commissions simultaneously with determining gradual growth of the Contract Services division in accordance with the future vision
  • A leader with the ability to influence at all levels
