Project Manager

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Project Manager for a leading player within the District Heating industry. Having already installed thousands of kilometres of District Heating networks, our client is still in growth mode with plenty of market potential still untapped. Now is the time to join!

The role:

• Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external and third-party relationships
• Arranging, executing, observing, checking and closing projects
• Executing quality assurance and risk assessment and management of products and services
• Accounting, schedule estimation and management
• Leading status review meetings with team members and clients
• Reporting to the Managing Director and project team associates
• Management of project team members along with the development of junior colleagues
• Administrating multiple projects
• Minimising cost and implementation risks
• Providing the obligatory liaison, documentation and daily management of projects, whilst assuring that all project products and services are risk administered, effectively planned and delivered well-timed

The Ideal Person:

• A Project Manager/ Project Engineer with demonstrable experience in a project management role within the district energy sector
• Experience in installing district heating networks
• Able to manage a couple of sides, delivering projects effectively and successfully 
• Experienced in project management practices and technologies
• Knowledgeable in vendor sourcing and management
• IT literate
