Green Recruitment Solutions are currently on an energetic, and noteworthy, enrolment drive; seeking out for a capable and sharp Engineering Director for a company which focuses on the development and optimization of high efficiency and scalable heat to power systems, based on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the engineering team and assisting the company launch its technology into the market
  • Growing and expanding company strategies and executing based on affirmed business plans
  • Finalising the pre-commercialisation stage of product development
  • Oversee the completion of two major government grants
  • Assist securing value investments
  • Develop esteem proposition and sales pipeline to drive income and increase market share
  • Maximising sales deals by actualizing client, reseller and partnership business plans
  • Engaging with Government bodies
  • Overseeing day to day activities of the company
  • Report every day to the company Director
  • Preparation and recording of yearly statement and accounts
  • Liaison with company accountants
  • In development the successful candidate will be an Official on the Board and perform the part of Company Secretary

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ideal candidate should have significant experience in engineering and technology sectors with a background involved in heat intensive processes
  • Experience in overseeing and managing a business or business unit, including business planning, budgeting and budgetary reporting
  • Project Management and Project Management software experience
  • Past involvement on venture overseeing government grants
  • Familiar to the enthusiastic environment of a start-up
  • Must be attentive to details, utilize rationale and presumptions to overcome equivocalness and complexity to provide viable arrangements
  • Excellent composing, introduction, and conversational skills
  • Experienced in distinguishing, drawing in, holding, overseeing and driving talent
  • Experience managing and leading Engineering teams
  • Proposal composing abilities for tenders and grants
  • Strong individuals’ administration abilities with overseeing, coaching and creating solid collaborative culture
  • Should be motivated and goal oriented
