Responsibilities:
Solving of all technical issues consisting of an electrical, hydraulic and mechanical nature
Carry out preventative maintenance to all machinery and installations when necessary
To communicate at all levels. Your work will span the UK and Ireland
Essential Requirements:
A fully qualified Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with in-depth knowledge of hydraulics and experience with PLC's
Several years of relevant and ‘hands-on’ maintenance experience
Experienced in reading electrical, hydraulic and connection diagrams including, mechanical drawings
A dignified and professional Service Engineer with high standards, reflecting the company brand and core values at all times
An excellent communicator and customer oriented at all times
Not averse to travel across the UK or working overtime as and when required

For this reason, it is essential for the HR Director to have ‘hands on’ experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of either formulating a HR department from scratch or developing a newly formed department into well managed and well organised centre of HR excellence. Person Specification: A proven track record in Generalist HR roles, experience working with businesses in the MENA Region is ideal. Expert knowledge of HR best practice. A strategic thinker who is also able, willing and motivated to be “hands on” and work at the operational level. A strong communicator who is able to flex their style as appropriate to suit the audience and circumstances. Able to bring people “on the journey” with them.
