'Green Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experience Technical Project Manager to join a leading player in the renewable sector.As the perfect candidate, you will be joining this highly regarded organisation who are leading UK/International specialists in both Solar PV and the emerging market of battery storage. Key Responsibilities:  Support the qualification and development of commercial opportunities, working collaboratively with the Business Development team and the technical battery design team acting as the client facing technical lead on projects End to end project management from defining the opportunity through to mobilisation and delivery Supporting the team with electrical design input and help with defining how the battery system needs to be connected to the incumbent electrical infrastructure. This could be a generating plant, national infrastructure or an industrial & commercial consumer  Proactive management of Network Operators and provide a full understanding of any technical requirements of network balancing services and how these will determine the battery systems operating requirements Keeping abreast of European policies and regulations that will affect the design of proposed battery solutions Client engagement and stakeholder management across all areas of the project deliverables Provide quality energy storage solutions against client requirements Assist with cost analysis and budgeting for each project, ability to creatively consider cost reduction ideas and strategies  Site surveys to check project feasibility  Representing the organisation at trade workshops, exhibitions & events Maintains accurate records of all activity using the company’s appointed CRM software package [Salesforce] Reviewing own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Adhere to all Company policies/procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and H & S policy meeting the Company’s H & S objectives. Essential Requirements: Engineering [Electrical or other] degree or equivalent level of qualification is required  Previous experience as a project manager with electrical design is essential Previous knowledge of connecting generating plant is highly desirable Ability to engage face to face with clients on technical requirements Good understanding of H & S regulations related to electrical works, experience of writing RAMS Excellent organisational skills with the persistence to see tasks through to completion and meet deadlines Effective communication both verbally and in written form with attention to detail Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across different levels in and out of the organization Innovative with sound judgement and solutions driven The ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines and results orientated Advanced IT skills and be fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite This role is based at the UK regional office and has been created to support the business’ forecast growth in this new and exciting sector.  '
