Responsibilities:
As part of a shift team you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation within the tipping hall of an Energy from waste facility.
Safely and competently operate fixed and mobile plant such as Fork Lifts, Telehandler, Loading Shovel, Grab, Balers, Overhead Cranes
To assist in the day to day operations off all aspect at the plant in accordance with site Permit and contractual conditions
Maintaining the cleanliness of all working areas
Essential Requirements:
Experience in the operation of mobile plant
Ability to recognise different types of waste streams and types
Health and Safety awareness
Lifting / Slinging

Person Specification: A proven track record in Generalist HR roles, experience working with businesses in the MENA Region is ideal. Expert knowledge of HR best practice. A strategic thinker who is also able, willing and motivated to be “hands on” and work at the operational level. A strong communicator who is able to flex their style as appropriate to suit the audience and circumstances. Able to bring people “on the journey” with them.
