'Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Contracts Claims Manager to join a leader in the Design, Engineering and Construction of high tech facilities and major complex projects. These projects may consist of Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Waste to Energy and Life Science projects.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to be on-site for approximately 12 months using your expert commercial and contractual experience to resolve and close on multiple work packages and contractual claims quickly and efficiently
As you will be joining a live project you will need to the ability to pick up packages quickly
You will be required right through to resolving final claims and financial close
Essential Requirements:
Knowledge of working with IChemE Redbook forms of contract. (Contractor side)
Engineering experience within the construction sector ideally within technically demanding facilities such as Waste to Energy or High Technology infrastructure with the ability to travel around 3 major projects as and when required and independently
Extensive experience of investigating contract claims and claims resolution with both sub-contractor and client

Person Specification: A proven track record in Generalist HR roles, experience working with businesses in the MENA Region is ideal. Expert knowledge of HR best practice. A strategic thinker who is also able, willing and motivated to be “hands on” and work at the operational level. A strong communicator who is able to flex their style as appropriate to suit the audience and circumstances. Able to bring people “on the journey” with them.
