Germany Country Manager

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a Germany Country Manager for a leading international manufacturer of turnkey industrial plants and machinery for industries including Waste Management and Recycling. As the Germany Country Manager, your role would be to develop the German market for turnkey solutions sales.  Within the role you will have full P&L accountability for the UK business, designing and implementing both long term and short term strategies and ensuring the continued growth and success of the Company’s operations.

Essential Requirements:

• A high caliber sales professional with a strong track record of solutions based sales into the Waste Management and Recycling industry
• Customer focused with the necessary empathy and strength of character to lead and inspire
• Well educated in business or engineering, and have previous experience of selling capital equipment to both large and small organizations
• Understanding of the recycling industry, and the process by which buying decisions are made
• Able to establish long-lasting, deep and profitable partnerships
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and decisive with an enthusiastic and persuasive personality
• Self-motivated, confident and assertive
• Approachable and strong listening skills
